Tanya Bryant is a shareholder and director in the Oklahoma City office of Crowe & Dunlevy. Bryant exclusively represents management in employment related matters ranging from policies and procedures to lawsuits brought by employees under federal and state law. In addition, she handles Oklahoma Employment Security Commission hearings and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations.

Bryant received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2004 and was a member of Law Review, receiving the award for Outstanding Law Review Member. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Bryant has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers for labor and employment litigation since 2015, listed in Oklahoma Super Lawyers since 2016 and was recognized by Oklahoma Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2013 and 2014. In 2015, she was selected to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.

Active in the community, Bryant serves on the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma board of directors. She also serves on the board of directors of the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society as general counsel. Bryant is a graduate of the 2007-08 Leadership Oklahoma City class and is a former member of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court.
