May 2019 Meeting

This meeting was held at Will Rogers theater. Everyone has experienced ‘painful’ interactions and communications with colleagues. Unfortunately, these interactions are not uncommon. The March meeting was entitled "The Basics of Coaching", and it was presented by Frank Smith. It was held at the Will Rogers Theater on March 28, 2019. We learned the basics of coaching which involved 1) Understanding the role Coaching plays in helping our teams succeed. 2) Discover the top qualities of an effective Coach and 3) Learning strategies for creating an effective Coaching Session with your employees. December 2018 Meeting

Annual Holiday Celebration and Award Presentations. This meeting was held at the Petroleum Club Event Center. This is the 2nd year to offer an evening to celebrate the holidays with OCHRS members and friends. We were encouraged to bring a guest to this event. The evening entertainment was Keely McGough singing with Zach Sutton at the piano with annual awards from OCHRS presented afterwards. Read More

Whether implicit or conscious, bias is the number one threat to humanity and any company’s success. If your company’s goal is to create cohesiveness within your organization, increase revenue, be innovative and/or elevate your reputation- the bias in your workforce and community is a roadblock. Explored cost drivers in our medical and pharmacy spend, trends in technology, care delivery, network arrangements and partnerships. June 2018 Meeting

Our program title - OK2030   A strategic plan to improve Oklahoma’s economy, quality of life, business climate, workforce and fiscal stability The State Chamber of Oklahoma Research Foundation recently launched OK2030 is a strategic vision plan to move Oklahoma to the top of key national rankings by the year 2030.
