Class Description:

Did you know there is an art and a science to creating a great rock and roll show? We will take a look at some of those rules and evaluate how they can help us make better presentations whether it is a training session, a short meeting presentation or a pitch for executives. You can make your presentations rock using the same techniques as the biggest names in show business.

- Learn how to prep before the show.
- Learn the truth about giving the audience what they want.
- Practice putting together a set list that flows.
- Identify ways to leave them wanting more.

Our speaker:

David B. McLaughlin is the Assistant Vice-President of American Fidelity and past President and Executive Advisor for the Central Oklahoma Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). David was the 2016 Oklahoma City Human Resources Society (OCHRS) HR Champion of the Year. David has a Master’s Degree in Education and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). He has also enjoyed serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations. David is the founder of Full Volume Development, a think tank that explores best practices related to high performance in organizational development.
