This will be awarded to one outstanding chapter member who has demonstrated legendary leadership through effective execution of an innovative organizational strategy that directly impacted the organization’s performance and/or a pattern of management practices that enhanced the organization’s image and reputation and contributed to organizational success.

The Oklahoma City Society for Human Resource Management (OCHRS) is pleased to invite nominations for the 2022 Human Resource Professionals of the Year awards. The recipient(s) of these awards will be presented with a beautiful commemorative crystal award piece and a generous stipend to help further their efforts to encourage and inspire fellow HR practitioners. The award presentation will take place at the annual OCHRS Holiday Member Appreciation Celebration and party.
Please help recognize the contributions of your colleagues. The nomination process is easy. The nomination form should describe the reason(s) why this individual or team is being nominated in their respective award category and include an explanation of the nominee’s significant past and continuing contributions related to the HR field.
Entries are now being accepted for the 2022 HR Professionals of the Year Award, which honors outstanding local HR professionals whose work exemplifies leadership, vision, collaboration, and advancement of the profession.
The deadline for entries is Tuesday, November 1, 2022 by 5pm. The winners will be recognized as models of excellence in front of fellow HR colleagues attending the OCHRS annual holiday party in December. The winners will also be featured on the OCHRS website.
There is no cost to enter.
In recognition of the HR profession’s contribution to organizational success, entries are encouraged from HR professionals working at organizations big and small, as well as from public and private sector practices.
Only OCHRS members may nominate or be considered for these awards.
