Rose State to Host Spring Job Fair
The upcoming Rose State College Spring Job Fair is expected to include more than 60 companies seeking to fill more than 1,350 positions, the college said Tuesday. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 24 at the school's student center. Participating organizations include Braum's, AT&T, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Great Plains Coca-Cola, Midwest Regional Hospital and St. Anthony Hospital. Each employer will provide attendees with information about job opportunities within their organization. “Job fairs are a fantastic way for employers and job seekers to learn a lot about each other in a relatively short amount of time,” said job placement coordinator Pam Emmons. “The fair is going to be a great way for Rose State students and community members alike to connect and learn about the various industries represented.” More information is available at www.rose.edu/jobplacement.
